  • How long will it take my order to arrive?
    For retail customers, including shipping time, your orders will arrive within 4 to 7 business days, depending on your country. Some countries process imports faster than other countries. For business orders, we process your orders within 10 to 15 days and delivery of your items can take anywhere from 15 - 45 business days, depending on your location. Custom manufacturing clients will receive their orders as outlined on the quote. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. We recommend calling us for rush orders prior to order placement.
  • Do you have expedited shipping?
    Most of the times, yes! We recommend to call us prior to a rush order. All those last minutes surprise parties are saved!
  • Do you ship internationally?
    For retail customers, we work with freight forwarding companies to ship internationally, to most countries outside of the US and Canada. Free shipping within US and Canada for orders above $100.00, and international shipments will be charged by volumetric weight according to the preferred carrier rates. For B2B clients, we ship to most countries. With a minimum order of $1,000.00, the shipping and custom fees are on us! Otherwise, a shipping fee of $100.00 per order below $1,000 is charged.
  • Where will my order be shipped from?
    We ship from our fulfillment centers in the US, UK, and Canada. Depending on your location, the closest fulfillment center will apply.
  • Where are you located?
    The Knowery is a Canadian owned business, headquartered in Wyoming, USA. Relative to the categories, our factories are based in the Philippines, Vietnam, and the US.
  • Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
    The Knowery ships all orders via DHL / FedEx / UPS / Purolator. We do not currently offer deliveries to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Can merchandise be returned?
    We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of items for a refund*. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Returns received past 5 days of order receipt will not be refunded. *IMPORTANT No returns on opened products, food/candy items, personalized items per order. Candles shipped by ground during the summer months cannot be returned. NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
  • I just placed an order! Can I change, cancel, or add to my order?"
    We try to process our orders as soon as we receive them. Therefore, changes and cancellations are not always possible. Please send us an email at and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
  • Refused Delivery
    If you refuse or are unable to accept a delivery, you will remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, customs, and taxes incurred on the package. All carriers will charge a fee to return the package to the sender. You will be liable for the return shipping fees if you refuse delivery, or if an attempt has been made multiple times by the carrier with no success.
  • Damaged/Missing/Incorrect Item
    Please report any damage, missing, or incorrect item(s) upon receiving your delivery to Please keep all the contents of the package in place and take photos of the damaged parcel in order to file a claim.

  • What credit cards do you accept?
    We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. All Credit Card information is processed through Stripe.
  • What other forms of payment do you accept?
    Our custom manufacturing clients are allowed a bank to bank transfer upon order placement to our bank account Bank of Montreal, Canada.
  • Will tax be charged on my order?
    It all depends on the country clearing your orders from customs.
