  • For retail customers based in the US and Canada, orders are generally processed within 4 - 7 business days. International orders, depending on your country, will be processed according to carrier. For retail customers, we work with freight forwarding companies to ship internationally, to most countries outside of the US and Canada. Free shipping within US and Canada for orders above $100.00, and international shipments will be charged by volumetric weight according to the preferred carrier rates.

  • For B2B customers, we process your orders within 10 to 15 days and delivery of your items can take anywhere from 15 - 45 business days, depending on your location. Custom manufacturing clients will receive their orders as outlined on the quote. For B2B clients, we ship to most countries. With a minimum order of $1,000.00, the shipping and custom fees are on us! Otherwise, a shipping cost of $100.00 per order below $1,000 applies.

  • Our facility operates Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, weekends and holidays.

  • In the event the recipient refuses or is unable to accept delivery, they are still responsible for the fees involved.


International Shipping:

  • Please keep in mind shipping delays may occur with international shipments.

  • Retail: Free shipping worldwide for all orders $100.00 and up. Flat rate $12.00 shipping fee for orders below $100.00. We pay for customs duties as well. All you need to pay for are the taxes applicable to each country.

  • B2B: Free shipping worldwide for all orders $1,000.00 and up. Flat rate $100.00 shipping fee for orders below $1,000.00. We pay for customs duties as well. 


Backordered Items:

  • Items that are out of stock will be placed on back order.

  • Backorders will ship separately from the original order once the product is available. We will always notify you about such cases.

  • If you would like to cancel a back-ordered item, please contact us at


  • To request a refund/return, please contact us at Do not ship any returns until approval has been granted. Please ensure the form given upon approval is included in your return package.

  • If any items do not meet your expectations, they can be returned within 5 days of receiving the items for a refund. Any items applied for a return after 5 days will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Any original shipping or processing charges are non-refundable.

  • Unless otherwise specified, the returner is responsible for any postage and shipping costs.

  • Please ensure your return is well packed, items damaged during return shipping are unable to be refunded.

  • Refunds will begin processing when returned items are received at our facility.

Damaged Product

  • If a product is delivered with damages or defects, please contact right away.


Payments can be done via credit card, bank transfer, western union transfer, or alternatives depending on the size of the orders and previous agreement.
