Venue package for mid-week 3-day weddings (Mon, Tue, Wed): $15,000*
Venue package for 3-day weekend weddings (Fri, Sat, Sun): $45,000*

*Food, beverage, and guest lodging is additional.

Up to  five meals, one incredible culinary experience.  Farm-to-table dining that brings everyone together from welcome lunch to farewell brunch. Upscale, rustic and farm-inspired.

Featuring a 10-suite boutique inn, and 31 guest bungalows, enjoy lodging for YOU and up to 80 guests on site.  No shuttles, no rushing—just more time together and a full weekend of real connection.

• Expert Coordination and Guest Experience

We help you plan it all—from ceremony flow to a silent disco in the woods. Full weekend coordination, custom enhancements, guest-valet service. You relax. We handle the rest.

It all started with Aldo. Born in the Cuban countryside, he traded coconut trees for city fire escapes when he moved to the heart of Queens at the age of seven. After tying the knot with Sharon, they spent 21 years putting down roots with our family of 6 in NYC – but never stopped dreaming about wide, open spaces to make memories together.

Today, Aldo's dream of reconnecting with his roots has done more than come full circle. It's blossomed into a unique resort wedding venue where others come to celebrate their biggest moments too.
