1) select PRIMARY COLOR- Acrylic
*based on the color you choose your engraved text will be painted white or black. If you have a preference type it in personalization box
2) select font STYLE- review images for reference.
3)type in desired text. For legibility please keep it at a total of 15 characters or less

For seating assignments/place cards please stick to either first name or last name and 1 initial. (Example: Victoria M. Or V. Melendez)
- You are responsible for ensuring correct spelling of any names you provide. For larger events please send list of names and tables through email mayra@ameraindesigns.com with your order number on the subject line.

Please keep in mind these Cocktail Stirrers are 1.5 inches wide each, more letters results to smaller font size.

SHIPPING

1. Processing Time: We strive to ship all orders within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will start processing it in the order it was received. 

2. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all items when you spend $35 or more.

3. Shipping Carriers: We primarily use USPS to ship items under 24 inches. Items over 24 inches will be shipped with UPS. We offer a variety of shipping options to provide flexibility and convenience to our customers. During the checkout process, you can select the shipping service that best suits your needs. Please note that we do not have control over the shipping carriers, and delivery times are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
4. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout, giving you full transparency before completing your purchase.
5. Shipping Times: The estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and service chosen. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, some factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen delays, may affect delivery times.
