HOW TO ORDER - 2 STEP PROCESS
STEP 1
- Add the amount of 'Printed Invitations + Envelopes' you need
- Select your 'Paper and Envelope Type' (see descriptions below)
- Add Foil Color in personalization box
- Add to Cart
STEP 2-A (Printing our invitations)
- Add the instant download invitation listing from our shop that you are wanting printed to your cart as well.
- Either email your edited template to annahatcherdesign [at] gmail.com or we can personalize it for you for an additional fee.
- You will be sent a print ready proof to approve before your order is printed and shipped.
STEP 2-B (Printing an invitation purchased elsewhere)
- Send us your high resolution invitation .JPG or .PDF file sized at 5.25x7.25 (this is to include a bleed for printing - your invitation will be trimmed to 5x7)
FREE 2-5 business day shipping is included
Overnight/1 business day shipping: $6 (add on during checkout)

- All printed orders require proof approval before your order is printed and shipped. Once approved, your order will go into production and NO further revisions can be made. Be sure to include the correct shipping address during checkout. Shipping to USA only and not available to P.O. Boxes.
- You will receive a tracking number when they ship through Etsy. AnnaHatcherDesign assumes no responsibility for items lost in the mail, delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time.
- Every monitor and printer is color calibrated differently. Color may vary slightly from that seen on the screen. Paper type may also effect color slightly. Make sure you proof on your computer (not a mobile device or tablet which can sometimes alter colors). If you have any concerns about how a color will come out when printed, we recommend ordering either a hard copy proof or our paper sample packet. We do not accept refunds or returns based on color, but we will change the color for no additional fee.
- Requirements if you are printing an invitation not from our shop:
- Must have permission to print.
- Invitation design MUST have a .125in bleed on all sides.
- Invitation must be high print resolution at 300 dpi.
