Before printing, you will work with a live designer to customize wording, fonts, materials, and inks. Up to 3 emailed proofs included in the process.

  • Domestic (US): via USPS First Class (3–5 days)

  • International: USPS ~10–15 days

  • Samples ship within 1–2 business days 

• Completed Orders:

  • US domestic: shipped via UPS Ground (1–4 days)

  • International: UPS Worldwide Expedited (2–10 days)

  • Expedited shipping available upon request

  • Insurance, tracking emailed upon shipment 

• Returns:

  • No returns on custom products.

• Proofs & Payment:

  • 50% deposit required to start, final balance due pre?print

  • Includes one PDF proof and up to three revision rounds
