• Free overnight shipping on flower orders???$199, with standard rate of $34 for orders between $99–$198.99 for Tue–Fri deliveries within continental US .

• Supplies, including containers and succulents, ship via ground with separate charges:

  • $10 on orders under $50, scaling up to $50 for orders over $500 .

• Delivery Guidelines:

  • Order at least 2 days before an important event to hydrate and prep blooms.

  • Cutoff: 2?pm ET the day before.

  • Orders Fri after 2?pm through Sunday ship next Tue.

  • Saturday delivery available for an additional $20, if FedEx shipping permits 

• Coverage: Continental USA only. No shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada .

• Tracking & signature: FedEx/UPS tracking sent after 4?pm ET on ship date; shipments are "No Signature Required" but carriers may leave packages at their discretion .

• Order Changes/Cancellations: Up to 14 days before delivery; changes are free, cancellations incur a 10% restocking fee .
