Every part of your wedding is handled by our in-house team and direct employees—the same trusted people at every event. At Perfect Wedding NYC, we never outsource or rely on freelancers. This consistency is how we maintain the highest quality, reliability, and personalized experience for each couple we work with.

Package Rates: $2,295.00

Package Includes:

Online Wedding Planning
Get a professional consultation and guidance regarding all the services that are included in your package

Consultation regarding the best location fitting your ceremony & newlyweds photoshoot*

Help with obtaining your marriage license
Only the couple has the LEGAL RIGHT to obtain a marriage license (you and your partner will have to meet the city clerk through videoconference, presenting your ids and confirming your personal information). We provide an extensive guidance and that will help you to book you online appointment with the city clerk within 1 week and receive a marriage license.

NY Licensed Wedding Officiant
Prepares personalized speech and performs legal Marriage Ceremony

Mailing your marriage license to the city clerks office via certified mail

Central Park Permit for 2 hours
Available only for bookings 30 days in advance (excluding Conservatory Garden)

Wedding Assistant/Bridal Attendant
On-site preparation/cleaning/location management, “wedding emergency kit”, event-through couple’s assistance (help with the bouquet, dress, veil, etc.)

Wedding Ceremony Coordination
Guiding the couple, the guests, event’s time and overall management

Professional Photography Services (1 Hour) +15 mins complimentary

~ 250 full resolution photos in signature color correction with full printing rights
Experienced elopement photographer will capture all the essential moments of your ceremony + group portraits with the guests (if applicable) + newlyweds’ love story after

Thoughtfully styled to complement any backdrop, our arches create a stunning focal point and elevate the entire atmosphere of your special moment. Whether classic, modern, or rustic—each arch adds a timeless charm to your “I do”.
We also offer customization options for the arch, allowing us to add floral elements that reflect your wedding theme or color palette. We can tailor the design to beautifully complement your overall look.

Experienced Wedding videographer will film the whole ceremony and will record all the moments, details and emotions of your wedding. 
We use only Top notch cameras (up to 6 cameras) and multiple external high quality microphones (up to 3 microphones). We are using precise tools for editing of video and audio.

Highlight video Clip (3-6 minutes)
Vertical clip for social media (1 minute)

We bring $60.000 worth of equipment to your wedding. Our videographer is particularly experienced in filming elopement and weddings. We have everything for a top-notch quality video. Check our portfolio here.

Professional Color grading of the video
We take pride in delivering the highest possible picture quality. Unlike other companies, we use an extensive amount of gear, and our post-production team is dedicated to bringing your video to the next level.

Down-The-Aisle Music (remote speaker)
2 songs of your choice played via remote speaker (1st - for the bridal/couple’s entrance/processional, 2nd - for the pronouncement/couple’s exit/recessional)

One Live Musician: Violin/Cello/Guitar (1 hour)*

You can choose any 2-3 songs to be played by the musician for the processional/bridal entrance and after the pronouncement. The remaining ones would be popular romantic music.

Rain Backup Included – At No Extra Cost*
In case of rain, we provide a beautiful indoor backup location at no additional cost—the New York Wedding Loft, located right by Bryant Park.

This stunning 5,000 sq ft loft features a fully decorated ceremony area, a cozy lounge, and a bridal suite with views of the New York Public Library. It also includes cocktail and dinner tables, a high-end audio system, 4 direct elevators, spacious bathrooms, and a kitchenette. The built-in smart home system lets you control lighting, music, and shades to create the perfect ambiance.

Located in the heart of Manhattan, it also gives you access to amazing photo spots like the Public Library (5 min walk), Grand Central (8 min), and Times Square (10 min).

*The loft is subject to availability. If it’s not available on your date, we can relocate the ceremony to a covered location within Central Park, such as Bethesda Terrace. This area offers a picturesque, iconic setting that’s fully protected from rain and other elements—while still being right in the heart of the most beautiful parts of the park.

We’re Marta & Vlad and we welcome you here to Perfect Wedding NYC.

Who are we and how did it all get started?

Well, Marta started as a wedding and engagement photographer in 2013 here in NYC and gradually began to focus primarily on photographing elopement events. Working in this capacity, she usually found herself exceeding her official duties by helping couples not only with capturing those perfect wedding day moments but also with event planning. As part of this, she frequently found herself sharing her own valuable experiences with couples and offering insightful suggestions pertaining to all matters of elopement planning. 

Marta’s personal approach has been rated with 100% Five Star reviews on Wedding Wire, Yelp and Facebook, and to date she has been trusted by clients from sixty-two different nations.

When Vlad met Marta and they became involved, Vlad was so impressed by Marta’s passion for creating perfect customer friendly wedding services that he decided to participate in the company, too. He believed that given Marta’s unique experiences and genuine enthusiasm about the wedding planning industry that together they could create “the dream” NYC elopement production company. And, that’s how they started Perfect Wedding NYC — a company that offers high quality service standards yet affordable prices; a caring yet non-intrusive personal approach; and, a relaxed yet professional communication style.  

Finally, in 2020 Marta and Vlad got eloped themselves with the professional help from other members of the Perfect Wedding NYC team! 

Being a highly experienced elopement photographer as well as a multilingual NY state licensed officiant, Marta brings her expertise to the newly popular and versatile industry of elopement planning. Marta believes that a perfect elopement event is all about the couple, and, therefore, gives the highest priority to making sure all her customer’s wishes are met. In only her first year of becoming a licensed officiant, Marta legally wed couples from the U.S., the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Dominican Republic, Argentina, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, China and Iran. 

As mentioned above, she is multilingual and can perform ceremonies in four different languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian and Polish. 

Vlad is NYC Licensed Bilingual Wedding Minister with the experience of performing over 1000 ceremonies. He also found his passion in filming cinematic wedding videos that create a whole story from a short elopement event for the many years to cherish. Vlad is also the vendor manager and event coordinator for Perfect Wedding NYC. He strongly believes that perfect management is necessary for any successful event, and is always there to make sure that everything is up, running and ready to start at any Perfect Wedding NYC gathering.

Vlad and Marta have also built connections over their time in the industry with many reliable professionals, who together can help turn what might feel at first like a stressful wedding planning project into a pleasant event creating journey. With a personalized event planning process; outstanding service on your event day; rapid processing of your official marriage license; and timely turnover of your edited photos and videos, both Vlad and Marta plus their team of professionals aim to provide the highest standards of elopement services available. 

In 2023 Vlad and Marta opened their 2nd wedding venue - New York Wedding Loft - outstanding place in the very heart of Manhattan, minutes walk from New York Public Library where couples can not only have a beautiful ceremony, but to celebrate a full day wedding!
