Orders placed by 9am EST on a weekday will typically ship that same day (talk about lightning quick!). Otherwise, your order will ship the following business day. Orders will not ship on the weekends or any national holidays. Also, keep an eye on that inbox— we’ll let you know when your order is headed your way!

Unless another shipping option is selected, orders ship via USPS First Class Mail from our studio in Greenville, South Carolina. Delivery time within the continental US typically ranges from 3 to 5 business days; however, there have been instances where it’s taken a bit longer to arrive.

All international orders ship from our studio in Greenville, South Carolina via USPS First Class Mail International (or USPS Priority Mail International). Delivery time ranges depending on each country, and we’re not able to guarantee an arrival date due to the intricacies involving customs (and every so often a package can get stick in customs). Please be aware that we can’t be responsible for these delays, as it’s nearly impossible to track a package once it leaves our country.
