DESCRIPTION
Looking for a little more than just the day-of? But don’t need any design assistance. Our partial planning package starts three months prior to your wedding and allows you to relax and enjoy the final few months of your engagement. We’ll help communicate with your vendors, put your last minute touches into the day and manage your wedding day once it arrives!
THE PLANNING...
- ONBOARDING: initial call with our onboarding specialist who can refer vendors and assist with any planning needs
- EMAIL ACCESS: unlimited email communication with both Brianne & Tahnee throughout the process if anything comes up
- GUIDES: access to helpful documents to help plan your wedding day
- VENDORS: exclusive access to our preferred vendor website and access to specific vendor discounts
- COMMUNITY: access to our private Facebook group that allows you to connect with other newly engaged couples
- QUESTIONNAIRES: detailed questionnaires that help you make sure you have all the pieces ready for the day and give us access to everything we need in order to execute
- TIMELINE: construction of your full wedding day timeline
- WALK-THROUGH: walk-through at venue approximately 90 days prior
- FLOOR PLAN: diagram of ceremony, cocktail hour & reception
- FINAL DETAILS: confirm vendor orders and rentals, send catering final numbers of guests and vendors
- COMMUNICATION: unlimited communication 3 months prior your wedding
- MEETINGS: final details call to discuss vision and full timeline
THE BIG DAY!
- REHEARSAL: walk-through of your wedding ceremony with wedding party and family
- COORDINATION: up to 10 hours of onsite coordination
- VENDORS: management and coordination on your wedding day
- DELIVERIES: accept deliveries and ensure correct orders on your wedding day
- COMMUNICATION: work with all wedding vendors and guests during your wedding day. Serve as primary point of contact
- FLOW: coordinate the ceremony and reception to ensure everything flows smoothly. Making sure the couple’s preferences are top of mind with all vendors
- SET UP: oversee ceremony and reception set up. Set out and decorate with personal items (seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, etc.)
- EMERGENCY KIT: access to our fully-stocked emergency kit that includes everything someone may need on the day
- CLEAN UP: ensure all personal items and decor are stored properly at the end of the evening
