The perfect package for anyone looking for assistance from start to finish. From the beginning, we’ll work together to determine your budget and vision and help bring it to life. We’ll source vendors, plan anything related to your day and make sure everything comes together in the months leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day.
THE PLANNING
- PLANNING: full wedding planning from start to finish
- GUIDES: access to helpful documents to help plan your wedding day
- BUDGET: full wedding budgeting including spreadsheet and ongoing support
- VENDORS: customized referrals and booking for all vendors
- MEETINGS: monthly meetings to check in on all planning tasks
- COMMUNITY: access to our private Facebook group that allows you to connect with other newly engaged couples
- QUESTIONNAIRES: detailed questionnaires that help you make sure you have all the pieces ready for the day and give us access to everything we need in order to execute
- TIMELINE: construction of your full wedding day timeline which includes: vendor timeline, wedding party timeline and photo timeline
- MEETINGS: total of 4 scheduled calls to discuss planning to do’s, vision and full timeline
- DESIGN: creative concept, style and design of wedding, creation of inspiration boards, creative presentation of events
- WALK THROUGH: walk-through at the venue approximately 90 days prior to the event
- FLOOR PLAN: diagram of ceremony, cocktail hour and reception floor plans
- FINAL DETAILS: confirmation of vendor orders and rentals, send catering final numbers of guests and vendors
- COMMUNICATION: unlimited communication throughout the planning process
THE BIG DAY!
- REHEARSAL: walk-through of your wedding ceremony with wedding party and family
- COORDINATION: up to 10 hours of onsite coordination
- VENDORS: management and coordination on your wedding day
- DELIVERIES: accept deliveries and ensure correct orders on your wedding day
- COMMUNICATION: work with all wedding vendors and guests during your wedding day. Serve as primary point of contact
- FLOW: coordinate the ceremony and reception to ensure everything flows smoothly. Making sure the couple’s preferences are top of mind with all vendors
- SET UP: oversee ceremony and reception set up. Set out and decorate with personal items (seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, etc.)
- EMERGENCY KIT: access to our fully-stocked emergency kit that includes everything someone may need on the day
- CLEAN UP: ensure all personal items and decor are stored properly at the end of the evening

Leigh & Co. came to life after Brianne, the owner, needed a wedding coordinator on her day. She loved planning on her own, but needed someone to take her plans and execute. Well… it seemed like an impossible task. Most planners wanted her to hire them as a full service planner, which is not what she needed. And, those that offered day-of coordination were so bare bones that she didn’t feel any support. Then launched Leigh & Co – a truly unique approach when it comes to day of coordination. Our processes we’ve created make every couple comfortable when it comes to execution on the day. Our extensive questionnaires, community calls, podcast episodes, brochures and more ensure you get what you need from us when it comes to planning.. and on the day – we execute!
Our team of wedding planners in Stamford help you pull together the most perfect celebration that is uniquely you. Our services span throughout the state of Connecticut. And, on the big day, we’ll allow you to be present by taking care of all day-of initiatives.
