HOW TO ORDER:

3. In the personalization box, please include all details required by the design. Like the name, date, hashtag, location, etc.
4. Submit order
We will begin production within 24 hours of your order. If you would like proofs, please add it to the notes at checkout. Proof must be approved or edited within 2 days of order. Otherwise, your order will be forwarded to production.
MATERIAL AND SPECS:
- Stylish product color and more than a dozen imprint colors
- One-color imprint on both sides of the cup
- Single-sided poly paper material
- Made in the USA
- All of our drinkware is measured to the brim
Sizes: comes in 8oz, 12oz, 16oz.
Cup Measurement:
Size: 8oz* - 3-7/10"H
Size: 12oz* - 4-2/5"H
Size: 16oz *- 5-3/10"H
*Sizing is measured from the bottom to the brim of the cup.
*When ordering, ensure to choose cups that are larger than the size of the beverages you'll be serving (e.g., if serving 12oz drinks, order 16oz cups).
PROOFS:
Please indicate in the notes if you would like a proof of your frosted cups. We will send this to you within 1 business day. Once you confirm you are fully satisfied with the final proof, we will immediately begin the production of your frosted cups.
CUSTOM OPTIONS:
All graphic designs and printing are done in house, therefore we are able to customize to meet your needs
We have multiple ink color options for you to choose from. Please select this from our drop-down menu.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All coffee cups are made to order, and specifically designed for your needs. Given these are personalized, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges, however, please do send us a message if you are not satisfied with your order. Our goal is to ensure our products add extra pizzazz to your event, and we will do our best to make this happen
RUSH ORDERS:
Our products' turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. If you would like your items sooner, we have rush order options. There is a cost for rush orders, which varies depending on how soon you need your frosted cups. Please send us a message letting us know when you need your items, and we will do our best to work with your time frame.
INTERNATIONAL AND RUSH SHIPPING:
We ship INTERNATIONALLY. Prices for international and rush shipping vary based on quantity, weight and location. Please message us for any inquiries so we can provide you accurate pricing. Thank you
Defect Policy for Custom Products:
We take pride in delivering high-quality custom products to our customers. However, in the unlikely event of a defect, we require our customers to report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product. Please provide photos of the defect to support your claim.
Note: Refunds for defects reported after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible. Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase, and we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
CUSTOMS/TARIFFS
1. Those orders with a Texas billing address will be charged with tax.
2. Tariffs may be imposed on international orders.
3. Tariff verification takes place upon the arrival of the order.
