SHIPPING

We ship directly to you from our store in downtown Hays, KS. It might take a little longer, but it will be packed with love and care. Our favorite UPS, FedEx, and USPS drivers are from Hays, KS and we rely on them Monday – Fridays (but not weekends or holidays). Gift boxes will be delivered personally the day of order to within the Hays city limits if requested in the order. Examples would be to Hays Medical Center, a birthday gift to a home etc.

Due to the high volume around holidays, we kindly suggest you order early to avoid any unexpected delays. You can usually expect our in-stock items to ship within 5 business days and once we say “good-bye” it should be in your hands in 3-5 business days. Overnight shipping is not available.
