Add a fun personalized element to your next event with our personalized shatterproof cups. These are perfect for serving wine, beer, soft drinks and of course your favorite cocktail. To include your custom pet illustration on the cups, be sure to purchase the custom artwork fee along with the cups. Already have art? We can use a vector based high resolution art file without the need for the custom artwork fee. If created by an independent artist, we will also need a print release. These files can be emailed to proofs@rubiandlib.com. Please reference your order number in the subject line. Please note, the drink ware is measured as filled to the brim. Stated ounces are intended to show approximate volume and are not an implied guarantee of exact volume. When in doubt size up. Any change requests to the custom illustration will incur a redraw fee. However text and layout changes receive 2 complimentary proofs. PROOFS The custom illustration fee is not refundable unless we have not started your artwork yet. Once our designers start the artwork process, the artwork fee becomes nonrefundable. All proofs are sent within 48business hours (not including weekends or holidays) via email. During busier times (holidays, wedding season, etc.) proofs may take longer to be created and sent.

READY TO SHIP PRODUCTS

All ready to ship items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you’ve placed your order. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday evening will ship Monday or Tuesday.

Please note we do not guarantee the 1-2 day processing time (unless you’ve spoken to us) and depending on our current order volume, shipping may take several days to occur.
