This digital proof is sent to you via the email address on your order. One complimentary proof will be sent to ensure you are fully in love with the design. Additional proofs will cost $5. Your order is held until we hear back from you with approval that all spelling and punctuation is correct. Please note that are orders are immediately placed into production once we receive your approval, and changes cannot be made. A delay in approving your proof WILL delay the production time stated below. PRODUCTION TIME Please review our FAQ section for the most up to date production timeframes. We use UPS and FedEx for delivery and therefore are unable to ship to PO Boxes. READY TO SHIP PRODUCTS

All ready to ship items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you’ve placed your order. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday evening will ship Monday or Tuesday.
