You will receive confirmation of your order through Etsy Messages (usually within a few hours of ordering).
You will then receive a DIGITAL PROOF through ETSY MESSAGES. Please approve or request changes as quickly as possible (within 24 hours) to avoid delays in printing and shipping. Once we receive your approval, your order will be placed on the printing/engraving schedule. If we do not receive your approval within 36 hours, the order will be printed and shipped as ordered to stay within our processing time.
RUSH ORDERS: Due to the number of RUSH order requests we receive daily, we will now be charging a RUSH FEE if you need your order printed/shipped before our stated 1-3 day processing time frame. This fee DOES INCLUDE EXPEDITED SHIPPING- either USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx 2 Day depending on which one has the fastest shipping time. Please be sure to contact our shop prior to placing the order to be sure we can accommodate your rush order. Orders without a PAID RUSH FEE will be printed and shipped IN THE ORDER IT WAS RECEIVED within our stated 1-3 day processing time. Thank you for your understanding!
Orders will be shipped via USPS within 24 hours of printing/engraving and you will receive a tracking number.
We do offer expedited shipping choices through FEDEX, UPS and USPS, at checkout.
