HOW TO ORDER
1Select the can cooler material: Foam (standard) or Neoprene (upgrade) from the "Can Coolers Material" dropdown.
2Select the quantity from the "Number of Can Coolers" dropdown. The price will adjust accordingly.
3Enter the design info in the box that says "Add your personalization
1) Can cooler color(s) - minimum 12 coolers per color (4 colors max). Colors can be found in the item photos. PLEASE NOTE that Foam and Neoprene color options are different.
2) Imprint color - only ONE per order
3) Personalization info (names, date, etc.)
4) Your email address (for contact purposes only if I can't get in touch with you via Etsy)
4Add to cart + purchase. If you are rushing your order, please also add the Rush Fee Listing (please message me BEFORE ordering if you are needing to rush)
5You will receive a digital proof via Etsy Messages within 48 hours after purchase (so please make sure you check your account). Please check the proof carefully before approving You MUST approve the proof before your order can go into production. Any delay in approving the proof will result in a delay in your order. If I don't receive a timely approval of the proof, then your order will be cancelled. PLEASE SEE BELOW for more specifics around timing

TIMING
Turnaround time is about 2.5-3 weeks (estimate, NOT exact) from the day that you approve the proof. The proof will be sent within 48 hours after purchase (proofs are not sent over the weekend, so please factor that into your timeline). Your order does not go into production until I receive approval of the proof, so the sooner you approve it, the sooner your order will go into production and start the 2.5-3 week timeline. If your order is approved Friday afternoon/over the weekend, then it will go into production on Monday.
RUSH ORDERS
I have rush options available if you are needing your order sooner Please message me BEFORE ordering, and I can let you know cost and timing. Orders that are needed within 3 weeks of purchase must be rushed to guarantee delivery. The only way to guarantee a specific delivery date is to rush the order.
DESIGNS
You can select ONE design per order. If you are wanting multiple designs, then you need to add them to your cart separately.
I can mix and match the sides of different designs. If you like Side #1 from one design, and Side #2 from another design, please just make a note when you check out.
Yes, I can create custom designs Please message me before ordering and let me know what you're thinking. Complex designs require a design fee for my time.
COLORS
The color options can be found by clicking through the listing photos.
There are not as many color options for Neoprene as compared to Foam, so please check the corresponding color charts carefully.
You can select one can cooler color for every 12 coolers ordered, with a maximum of 4 colors total.
You can only select ONE imprint color per order. If you would like a different imprint color on different colors, then they need to be added to your cart separately.
SIZING
This listing is for REGULAR SIZED can coolers ONLY.
Can coolers fit your standard 12 oz. cans and bottles.
Can cooler dimensions: 4" W x 4" H
Imprint Area: 3 1/4" W x 2 3/4" H, printed on both sides of the coolers.
Collapsible so guests can easily take it home with them as a wedding favor
I have both Regular and Slim sizes available. They must be added to your cart separately.
MATERIAL
FOAM: A dense high quality polyurethane foam. This is the standard order (and what most of my customers purchase).
NEOPRENE: A synthetic rubber material known for its excellent insulation and durability (think wetsuit material). There is a visible zigzag stitch down each side of the koozie.
Both options are high quality and make fantastic can coolers
POLICIES
Since these items are custom printed, all sales are final.
Colors are represented as accurately as possible. Seller is not responsible if the color looks different in person (no returns/refunds), as everyone's computer and phone screens display colors a little differently. I can supply physical samples of the colors, or digital links to PMS colors on request so you have a better idea of what the color looks like in person.
Once you approve the proof, your order is final and goes into production. I am unable to make any changes to your order after you approve the proof (can't change the art, quantity, or cancel the order).
Seller is not held responsible for any packages that are delayed in transit due to UPS/USPS issues on their end (weather, strikes, unforeseen events, etc.). I cannot refund your order if it doesn't arrive in time due to a USPS/UPS issue.
If I don't receive a timely approval of the proof, then your order will be cancelled.
Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address. If UPS/USPS has an issue delivering to the shipping address and the package is returned to sender, then there will be a $20 fee to re-ship the package back out to you (once it is received back at my printer). Additional rush fees will apply if you are getting close to your wedding date. Any re-shipped packages will have to be shipped to a different address the second time.
