Pricing $1795 for 150 guests or less. Pricing may be adjusted depending on guest count, location(s), and logistics.

Unlimited calls and emails 30 days before the wedding.

Weekly email updates 4 weeks before the wedding to ensure everything is on track.

One site visit before the big day to go over the details such as floor plan and decor setup.

Connect with all the vendors you've hired before the wedding day.

Create a detailed wedding day timeline.

Final details meeting to wrap everything up.

Coordinate the ceremony rehearsal

Collection of all wedding day personal items, custom signage, etc. from the couple or designated person before the wedding day.
On the Big day!

Arrive on the wedding day to help set up personal items for the ceremony and reception sites and stay through the end of the reception (up to 10 hours on the wedding day unless otherwise agreed upon).

Our team will welcome and direct guests as they arrive.

Vendor management on your wedding day with a detailed schedule for them to follow, issue tips and final payments, introductions, playlists, etc.

Ensure all personal items are set such as memorial photos and personalized items.

Partner with DJ or MC to coordinate ceremony and reception events, such as bouquet toss, dances, champagne toasts, grand exit, etc.

Assistance with breakdown after your event is over such as, boxing up personal items and giving them to the designated person.
*It's important to note that this is a planning-only package and does not include wedding day decorating services.
