Day of Wedding Coordinator
In charge of Coordinating the event & making certain that everything runs smoothly.
Supervises all vendors hired through Wedding Packages NYC.
Keeps tourists away from the ceremony location.
Attention to detail! This person is a super hero. She will anticipate your needs.Assistance during the photo session.

Wedding Assistant
Disinfect the area. Brings cleaning supplies + broom & dust buster.
She will greet your guests and show them to the ceremony location.
She can also serve as witness if needed.
Provides water, tissues & assistance to the couple.

Photographer
1,5 hour of photography
You can use your time with the photographer any way you want. After the ceremony is over, you will do photos in various locations.
All edited, high resolution images delivered within 72 hr. via online Gallery (digital download).
Full printing rights to all images

Flowers for the Couple
One round bridal Bouquet &
One matching Boutonnière (seasonal flowers, colors of your choice)

Wedding Video
Which consists of 2 videos: a full ceremony video + a montage video of the day. See our samples by clicking the link. The video is processes, edited, and color corrected within 3 days after the wedding.

Violin Player 
Who will play while your guests are waiting for your arrival, and will perform the songs of your choice as you walk down the aisle, and at the end of the ceremony.

Hair & Makeup Artist
She will come to your hotel room 3 hours prior to your ceremony & make you look Fantastic. No extra fees for a particular style.

Central Park Permit for 2 hours
We will scout, reserve and clean the area of the park where the ceremony will take place.
There is no limit to the number of guests that you can have. We will make sure that your chosen location is yours for the duration of the wedding.

Back up location in case of bad weather.
If the weather is really bad and you feel that you’d be uncomfortable outside. You can have your ceremony at out Wedding Chapel located on 8th Ave & 56th St. The chapel can host up to 22 people comfortably.

Wedding Packages NYC was founded in 2015 by Veronica Moya, a bilingual wedding officiant and planner with over 14 years of experience in the wedding industry.

Her goal was to provide affordable wedding and elopement packages for couples that want all the glamour of a New York City wedding without the year-long planning or expense of a traditional wedding. She has personally designed and created a number of very affordable all-inclusive elopement packages for Couples who don’t want to spend a fortune on their special day but still deserve to have intimate experience and beautiful memories on their wedding day.
