ISO Day Of Coordinator And Setup/Breakdown For My Wedding On December 19Th - Forth Worth TX

HELP!! ISO day of coordinator and setup/breakdown for my wedding on December 19th. My day of coordinator just canceled due to family commitments and she was going to have 2 assistants for set up/ breakdown.
Her and I were also trading services since we are both coordinators AND getting married around the same time. I have created ALL the decor as well as my wedding timeline. I just need someone there to oversee the day and place my items.
Can anyone help me? Budget is small at this point but I’m also Willing to trade services.
