Vendors I’m Looking For:
Catering – Envisioning passed appetizers for cocktail hour and a mix of stations or heavy hors d’oeuvres for the reception (not a formal plated dinner).
Band – Hoping for a band/MC/DJ combo so music flows seamlessly throughout the night. Bonus if they offer live options for cocktail hour (saxophone or violinist) and the ceremony.
Day-of / Month-of Coordination – I’ve been collecting decor pieces (welcome sign, framed photos, etc.) and plan to DIY some florals, so the package must include decor setup and breakdown.
Hair & Makeup – For myself and MOB only
