Looking For Destination Wedding Recommendations - Houston TX

I have no idea where to start. We know that we want to go somewhere tropical and all inclusive ( scuba diving is a plus)! We have never been out of the states before so this is a struggle trying to understand where is best.
I looked at st Lucia, Bahamas and Jamaica so far.
