ABOUT OUR RECORD LABELS:
Our custom made record labels are high quality 3M Vinyl with a MATTE protective laminate that is water, and dirt proof! The labels are slightly larger than the standard record label (our labels measure 4.46"for 12"records and 4"for 7"records) so that they cover the entire existing label with ease, but if you need a different size please leave that exact size in the personalization box for the label and we will get that made for you!
If you need labels significantly larger (5"and larger) than the sizes listed above, please message us for custom pricing.
DESIGN PROCESS:
The design you are purchasing is what is listed in the very first listing photo.
If your chosen design has the space for a custom photo, please message us the photo on Etsy once you place your order!
[If you have several photos to send, Etsy only allows 3 at a time to be sent so you will need to send them in groups of 3.]
Please leave your custom text in the personalization box for this design!
- If you do not add any information (such as a date or location for example) we will leave that information off.
- If you would like to change the background color, text color, etc. please leave a note of that in the personalization box along with the CMYK HEX code or message us a color swatch to match to!
- - -(Notes such as "Background Color Blue"are broad as there are many variations and shades we need a specific HEX code or swatch).

SHIPPING:
Our Standard shipping is USPS Ground, but upgrades are available for Priority (2-3 business day delivery) and Express (1-2 business day delivery) and in a true time crunch (when requested, if we can accommodate the request) we offer UPS Next Day Air!

RUSH PRODUCTION:
We offer Rush Production which is a 1-2 business day RUSH where we design, create, and prepare your order for shipment in a 1-2 business day time frame. This rush fee is solely for our production time. For a quicker shipping time, you will need to see the above shipping statement and determine which option is best for you and upgrade as necessary.
PRODUCTION TIME:
Our standard production time is 3-5 business days + Shipping time. Etsy will give an ESTIMATED delivery date, but if your event, wedding, party, etc. is within 1 week of the end of that delivery estimate we HIGHLY recommend upgrading your shipping AND/OR rush production to ensure the item arrives on time. We cannot control delays with USPS or UPS. If an order is needed by a specific date, please leave a note at checkout and let us know so we can try our best to get it shipped to you as soon as possible (this is not a guarantee, please see RUSH PRODUCTION)
PLEASE NOTE: any personalization including name, color or BW photo, text, etc. needs to be put in the personalization box as this is what we use to design your custom label!

If you would like to pay for a digital proof-- you can order one here WITH your order!!
If a proof is not ordered, we will center the image (if the design you ordered has the place for one) as we see visually fitting around the hole in the center and add any additional optional text as noted to the best of our designing ability! If your design does not have a photo, we will add the text that you left in the personalization box into the text spots as shown on the FIRST listing photo for this design.
Receive a FREE proof when you:
Purchase 5 or more of the SAME exact label
OR
Your final total is more than $150 (up to 3 proofs)
Just leave a note at checkout that you would like to receive your FREE proof with your order. If no note is left, a proof will not be sent.

COATED:
When you choose to ADD ON a coated vinyl record to your order, we take the time to coat them in a clear spray on one side so when the record + label arrives to you, they are ready to go! The coating helps the writing on the record when guests are signing to not bleed into the grooves! The coating will leave a smooth finish behind ready for your guests to sign for your wedding or event!
REGULAR:
Your order will arrive in one piece-- the label will be already applied for you and the back side will have a blank label on it. This record is a regular record that will not be coated. If you write on the record, smudging will likely occur. If you do not plan to write on the record or have guests sign it, then no coating is needed and this is the right option for you!
NO RECORD:
You will receive just the label from us!
PLEASE NOTE the records are second hand, they are completely random and will not be able to be played. Some minor scratches may be on the records as they are second hand, but nothing that will prohibit them from being written on for a guest book!!
BULK:
If you are ordering more than 10 of the SAME EXACT design, please message us for special bulk pricing!
