All UN-framed prints may be framed by you with a standard 8x10" frame or 11x14" matted to an opening of 8x10"

Please note frame will increase overall size of final product from the 8x10" print. All framed options arrive ready to display (NOT MATTED)
Digital Download Option (Your Art piece will be customized according to your personalization details on your order. It will measure 8x10 inches, and after draft approval, it will be available for you to print yourself or have printed by your local printer or online printer. A copy will also be sent to your email)

After checkout if a photo is required (pet or house portraits for example), send us your photo through Etsy messages, including your order number.
PROOFS AND COMMUNICATION
Before printing OR emailing you printable file, you'll receive a digital proof to review via Etsy messages between 0-72 hours. If we do not hear back from you, we will try contacting you through your email on your order. Please respond if youd like changes or approve for printing. Once approved we are not responsible for errors that have been printed. Printing of approved drafts may be begin anywhere from 0-72 hours
All orders are shipped from the US. We typically ship out 0-3 BUSINESS DAYS after your proof/ draft approval (Holidays can be an exception)
CANCELLATIONS/ RETURNS
- Adding a "need-by"date does not guarantee delivery. Please contact me if you have timing concerns
- Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase or later if we have not started your draft/ proof. Once proofing starts, we cannot cancel.
- Personalized orders are final sale due to their bespoke nature. If you receive a piece that has an error due on our part, we will replace no problem. If you provide incorrect details, we can offer a discounted reprint as a token. For damaged shipments, please photograph the packaging and product so we can quickly send a replacement.
- Actual colors may appear slightly different in person than on your screen, as monitor and display settings can vary.
