Its no secret that many of us are animal lovers and want our furry family members included in all the weddings, events and celebrations If youve been looking for the perfect way to add them, thats where we fit in, lets do a custom illustration of your pet(s) to use on your favors
?
-Choose quantity, size and illustration in dropdown box.
-Add the following to personalization box
Napkin color, text color to be printed.
Personalization information (names, date if you want it printed, location, etc.)
You must also include the date you need the item in your hands...ex. DIH: xxxx
If you request a date that is sooner than the latest ship by date, you agree to have your order cancelled. We are not accepting any rushes.
Select a SINGLE image of your pet for us to illustrate in the pose you would like. At this time, we are able to accept a single image for illustration. If this means that you have to take a few minutes getting that perfect pose or look through your camera roll, it makes the final product much better.

Rush orders are not available.
Once your order goes to the printer (allow 3-4 weeks due to supplier shortages) plus transit time to reach you. This does not include the time it takes to do art and get order ready for submission to printer.
Due to supplier shortages, color availability changes daily (this is industry wide at this time). We will message you as soon as we know if you need to change colors.

We will send an artwork proof to you through Etsy messages. There is one revision included as long as it doesn't require a complete redraw. If a redraw is needed, a new artwork fee will apply. If there is more than one revision that doesn't require a redraw, there is a $25 fee.
We WILL NOT move your custom illustrated product/s to production without your PROOF APPROVAL. If you have a delay in approving the proof, rush fees will apply to ensure we can get the order to you on time.

Please don't expect us to be responsible if you happen to enter the wrong information...it happens...you're in a hurry, baby is crying, phone is ringing. It's easier than you think to mistype a date, a name spelling, etc. Please take a breath and spend an extra minute to double and triple check what you've entered.
We won't be responsible for incorrect information (names spelled wrong, dates listed wrong, etc. and yes this happens on a regular basis so please double check your information when entering it.
